SUMMARY OF THE WILL OF SHADRACH REYNOLDS, farmer (proved 24 February 1899)
Executors: my sons ALBERT ALFRED and CHARLES SHADRACH, and my friend EDWIN WILLIAM WELLS of Totteridge Farm Milton.
To my son GEORGE that piece of land containing one acre and six poles situate on the north side of the occupation road leading to the Severalls, in the parish of Milton.
To my son CHARLES SHADRACH that piece or parcel of land containing one acre situate on the south side of the occupation road leading to the Severalls
All my farming stock and implements, household furniture and effects, policy of life assurance, bank deposits, and all the residue and remainder of my real and personal estate whatsoever to be sold and divided into five equal parts:
one fifth part to each of my said sons ALBERT ALFRED, CHARLES SHADRACH and GEORGE.
one other fifth part, to be divided between all the children of my son WILLIAM GUY GODWIN, on their respectively attaining the age of twenty-one years.
the remaining one fifth part thereof, to be divided equally between all the children of my daughter MARY JANE HEAD, on their respectively attaining the age of twenty-one years.
