Summary of the will of WILLIAM JOHN KINGSTONE of Broomsgrove in the parish of Milton Lilbourne (proved 1899)

Executor & trustee: my brother
JAMES WARWICK KINGSTONE

To my tenant
HENRY SPACKMAN of Littleworth, Milton, Carpenter £200

To my carter
HENRY YATES £100.

To my groom
HENRY KNIGHT £50.

To my servants
FREDERICK SWANBOROUGH, GEORGE CANN, THOMAS STAGG, STEPHEN FLIPPANCE and JAMES CHANDLER £25 each.

To my servants
STEPHEN DUNN and CHARLES PAGE £10 each, and to each of the two domestic servants who may be in my service at the time of my death £10.

Annual sum of £100 to my wife
JESSIE GERTRUDE for her life

My trustee to pay such part of the income of my property as he may consider necessary for the maintenance, education and benefit of my son
JAMES JOSEPH until the age of 25. When the son reaches 25 my trustee to transfer the principal monies and all accumulations of income and all other my property to him.

If my son dies before the age of 25 without leaving lawful issue, then the residue to my said brother
JAMES WARWICK KINGSTONE absolutely.
